One of the pull strings on our 30+ year old bedroom shades was malfunctioning. After reading several reviews for blind repairs, I called Made in the Shade on a Saturday, thinking I would leave a message. To my surprise, John answered the phone, a rarity these days! We scheduled an appt for Evan, VP of the company, to come out when my husband was home. Evan took the shade with him and returned it within 2 days. He fixed the pull cord, but unfortunately, it was too short for me to reach. Evan kindly scheduled another visit when I was home and lengthened the cord on the spot at no charge. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company! Their goal is to make the customer happy, and they stand behind their work 100%. It is without hesitation that I recommend Made in the Shade!
