John Briggs of Made In The Shade was prompt, courteous, explained what needed to be done, took the shades back to his workshop, ordered the parts needed, repaired and rehung the shades. He was helpful and accommodating even though he could only take “rough” measurements. After we took possession John met with us and was able to help us address our needs.
