I highly recommend Made In The Shade. I had two other people try to repair our Duette shades and fail. John Briggs of Made In The Shade was prompt, courteous, explained what needed to be done, took the shades back to his workshop, ordered the parts needed, repaired and rehung the shades. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
